No. Cards run securely inside BimPOS — your tablet or phone is the terminal. We never charge for the device.
BiMPay and cash sales are free, always. Card sales carry a 3.5% + BBD $0.50 processing fee — the standard card rate, with nothing added on top.
Your card net builds up in BimPOS as 'Available'. Hit Request, and we send it to your RBC, Republic, FCIB, or Scotia account. Minimum payout is BBD $50.
Yes. Staff log in with a 4–6 digit PIN. They can sell, send receipts, and see their own sales — only the owner sees totals, payouts, and bank details.
If you don't upgrade, you drop to the Starter plan — no surprise charges. Your menu, history, and customers all stay intact.
Yes. Cash sales are queued in your browser when offline and auto-sync as soon as you're back online — nothing lost. Card and BiMPay sales need a connection at the moment of payment, same as any terminal.
